First p.t session was great!
It’s a lot better when you have a guy training you! Super motivation to keep going! Since today was my first session, i didnt work THAT hard since we were figuring out where i am fitness wise. He said he’s impressed by my compacity to push myself, and that my forma were really good. He could have been factitious, but whatever, i liked what i heard(: we worked on upper body for an hour.
